Rural Observation Experience (ROE)
- Summer before Medical School
- Shadowing experience
- 2 to 3 Days on site with a rural family physician

MPact Rural Preceptorship (MPRP)
- 1st and 2nd years of Medical School
- Longitudinal, hands-on experience
- Three, 3-day clinical site visits over the course of seven months
Summer Internship in Medicine (SIM)
- Summer between 1st and 2nd year of Medical School
- Hands-On Experience
- Two-week blocks in July and August

Rural Physician Associate Program (RPAP)
- 3rd Year of Medical School (Clinical Immersion Phase)
- Medical Student lives and trains for 9-months in a rural community under the supervision of preceptors who are family physicians
- Longitudinal, hands-on experience
- Experience full spectrum of rural medical care

FMCH 7520 Primary Care Elective
- 3rd or 4th Year of Medical School (Clinical Immersion or Transitions Phases), elective
- 4-week rural rotation in family medicine
- Students have completed some core clinical clerkships, and thus may actively participate in clinical care under the supervision of a community physician preceptor
